i ate here back in august of 2024 and oh my goodness was it good. the decorations are so pretty the employees are very nice and their Croque monsieur is to die for.

One of the worst restaurants I’ve been to! Bad service, bad attitude from the waiters the food was not yummy. I’ll never step a foot there again!
I like the atmosphere though, that’s where my one star goes to !

The buffet was not like what was advertised on social media. We had to reuse our plates and were charged service charge for a buffet? Prices were high for food that was mediocre at best. The waitstaff clearly didn’t want to be there, giving off attitude and acting like serving customers was a burden even when half the restaurant was empty. Disappointing experience.

We did two tea spots and two breakfast spots and this one was the best. Loved the presentation, the vibe and the food was good too.

Fait Maison is a fantastic restaurant with exquisite food, a warm ambiance, and outstanding service. The entire staff is professional and welcoming, especially Mohamed Bin Sehr, whose dedication and hospitality make every visit exceptional. A must-visit for an unforgettable dining experience!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to deceptive billing practices. The menu clearly states that Karak is included, yet they still added an extra charge for it. This isn’t just a mistake—it’s a clear attempt to exploit customers who trust the restaurant and pay without scrutinizing the bill.
I strongly advise everyone dining here to double-check their bills before paying. These hidden charges may seem small, but they add up, and it’s unethical for a restaurant to mislead its customers like this.
To the owner: Train your staff properly and stop these dishonest practices. Scamming customers will only hurt your business in the long run. Transparency and integrity should be your priority, not squeezing extra money through deceptive charges.

Great place for a great breakfast starting off your day. The place is exceptional and the staff are very welcoming and kind.
Will definitely be back again. Make sure you try the Pistachio Tiramisu.

What can i say? Woooi woooi mashaAllah believe me wallah this is the best Arabic cuisine in the entire London. I have been many restaurants but hands down mashaAllah you are the best. Om waleed you need an award 2025 for the best restaurant. Food, Ambience, prayer room. Excellent service from staff. Food 10/10 exceedingly tasty. We enjoyed every moment. 😋🌹

Kitsch? Camp? Over the top? Tasteful? Certainly, it makes you look. It is a bit of a novelty, but I think it is quite fun. Our service was mixed, some staff thoroughly charming but the one who spilt tea on us should have managed the situation with more attention and grace, simply giving us a few napkins with no apology or offer was a bit poor. That aside overall, you do pay a premium for the decor; on a straight value for money rating, it is a bit overpriced. Good food, not stunning, worth one visit, but I wouldn't go back; there are better restaurants nearby without the novelty premium.

went out with a bunch of girls for a brunch date and we received lovely service from the staff! food looked amazing and tasted really nice, interior was gorgeous we had to take pictures and the staff were so patient :) would definitely come again!

Fuyez. Rien de maison là dedans, des thés sans parfum, de la cream congelée, confiture bas de gamme. Fuyez sauf si vous aimez les décors surfaits.
